― Why Action Accelerates During the Ascent Phase―

Within the Three-Layer World Structure, a year is divided into two major flows.

One is the Descent Phase, which moves from the Summer Solstice toward the Winter Solstice.
The other is the Ascent Phase, which moves from the Winter Solstice toward the Summer Solstice.

During these two periods, the very direction in which information flows through the world is different.
As a result, the tendencies of human perception, dreams, judgment, and behavior also change.

Descent Phase

― The Period When Structure Descends from the Higher Order into Reality ―

During the Descent Phase, the structure of the world descends in the direction of
Higher-Order Layer → Inner Mental Layer → Foundational Manifest Layer.

This is the process through which structures that have not yet appeared in reality gradually descend into the world.

At this stage, the structure of the future has not yet appeared in reality.

Because of this, it is difficult to determine the next development by looking only at present circumstances.

Instead, people tend to move by sensing directions that arise through the subtle signals of the subconscious—such as feelings, small intuitions, or emerging interests—allowing them to anticipate structures that have not yet appeared.

These function as channels through which the Inner Mental Layer receives information that has not yet manifested in reality.

This condition can be compared to moving forward with guidance.

Because the path is not yet clearly visible, direction is indicated not by external circumstances, but by signals arising from within.

The Winter Solstice

― The Point Where Structure Is Completed ―

At the Winter Solstice, which marks the end of the Descent Phase, the structure of reality reaches a point of completion.

What is important here is that what is completed is not merely the present moment.

What becomes complete at this point is the structure that will unfold during the Ascent Phase, from the Winter Solstice to the Summer Solstice.

It can be compared to the assembly of a Mechanical Clock with Moving Figures.

All of the gears are assembled, and the order in which they will rotate has already been determined.

The hands of the clock have not yet begun to move, but the way they will move is already decided.

Because the clock has been assembled, the patterns of future movement produced by its gears already exist.

However, they have not yet appeared in reality.

In other words, the future that will unfold during the Ascent Phase has not yet occurred in time, but it already exists as structure.

Ascent Phase

― The Period When the Rails Unfold ―

After the Winter Solstice, the flow reverses.

Information in the world now begins to move in the direction of
Foundational Manifest Layer → Inner Mental Layer → Higher-Order Layer.

This is the process through which what already exists in reality is reorganized into the next structure.

The Ascent Phase is both the period in which the future is produced and the period in which the structure completed at the Winter Solstice unfolds.

Because the gears have already been assembled, reality begins to unfold according to that structure.

This condition can be compared to a railway track that has already been laid.

Why Action Accelerates During the Ascent Phase

Because of this structural difference, the feeling behind human action also changes.

During the Ascent Phase, the following tendencies are more likely to appear:

hesitation in action decreases
decisions become faster
practical actions increase
conscious intention becomes easier to apply

During the Descent Phase, the information of the future has not yet appeared in reality.

Because of this, guidance-like channels such as dreams and intuitive signals tend to operate more strongly.

However, during the Ascent Phase, the development of the future already exists as structure.

As a result, reality itself begins to indicate the next direction.

Consequently, people find it easier to act in alignment with the flow of reality.

The Guidance Phase and the Rail Phase

This structure can be summarized as follows.

Descent Phase — Guidance Phase

Ascent Phase — Rail Phase
(The completed structure unfolds)

During the Descent Phase, guidance-like signals operate in order to help people understand a future that is not yet visible.

During the Ascent Phase, the structure of the future has already been assembled.

Because of this, reality unfolds like a railway track along which events naturally proceed.
